Pneumatic comparator is made up of a hand pump, lead screw, output interfaces, reverse valve(positive/vacuum), and relief valve. F-adjust valve. All these parts make a pressure generating system that ranges (-0.95~60)bar. Operating principle and sketch maps as chart 1:
Lead screw:
u Positive pressure: rotate the lead screw clock-wisely to increase the pressure value, rotate the lead screw anti-clock wisely to decrease the pressure value
u Vacuum: rotate the lead screw clock wisely to reduce the vacuum value ,rotate the lead screw anti-clock wisely to increase the vacuum value.
After pressure is stable, you may use the lead screw &F-adjust to get the exact pressure value, and it will be used as the fine adjust.
②Hand pump:
Using the hand pump up and down repeatedly to provide pressure value.
④ Reverse valve ((positive/ vacuum )
Press the button to switch between positive pressure and vacuum. (push the reverse is positive pressure calibration, pull for vacuum.
⑥ Relieve valve
u You must close the relieve valve before getting the positive pressure and vacuum.
u After opening the relieve valve, the pressure value reduces quickly until the pressure value equals zero.
For example calibration 60bar pointer pressure gauge
NO.1. Put JC802 on the level and remove the plug.
NO.2. Connect the standard gauge and the gauge under test to the two output interfaces separately, it must firm in place. Otherwise, it will be leaked.
NO.3 Adjust the reverse valve(positive/ vacuum ) to prepare for positive pressure generating.
(must operate the step above mentioned in relieve valve open status)
NO.4 Rotate the Lead screw anticlockwise till it couldn’t move.
NO.5 Record 0 bar record
NO.6 Close the relief valve
NO.7 Providing pressure about 9bar by hand pump up and down.
And then using a lead screw to get the exact pressure value you want to calibrate. records the data.for example 10bar、20bar、30bar、40bar、50bra、60bar.
NO.8 To do the loop calibration by turn the lead screw anticlockwise (or together with relieve ) and get required pressure values 50bar,40bar,30bar,20bar 10bar, and record data.
NO.9 open the relieve valve, and release the pressure, and record the 0bar data. Finally, take out the gauge under the test.

NO.1. Put JC802on the level and remove the plug.
NO.2. Connect the standard manometer and gauge under test to the two output ports separately, it must firm in place. Otherwise, it will be leaked.

NO.4 Rotate the Lead screw clock wisely till it couldn’t move.

NO.7 Providing pressure for calibration each point, until up to about -0.92bar by hand pump up and down.
And then using a lead screw to get the exact pressure value you want to calibrate. records the data.
NO.8 open the relieve valve, and release the pressure, and record the 0bar data. Finally, take out the gauge under the test.
Friendly Reminder
A.When the pressure range tested is less than 10bar or -0.9bar, you may operate the hand pump and get the exact pressure values.
B.Hold the lead screw by both hands and turn it very slow and get the exact adjustment.
C.Aftering the calibration, please take out the gauge and install the plug, and so on.
D.The item is non-oil equipment. please do not calibrate the oil gauge.
E.The reverse valve will switch the correct position before the pressure generalization. If that, that will leak and do not generate pressure.
- The hand pump can not generate any pressure.
Possible Reason: The reverse valve (positive/ vacuum )is not in the right position and there are air leak phenomena.
Solution: the reverse valve(positive/ vacuum )must be in the right position.
2 .lead screw can not generate pressure.
Solution: check if the lead screw’s seal is damaged.
3.No pressure output from output interface(s).
Solution: check if the output interface is jammed.
4.Can not reach wanted negative pressure.
Solution: check if it is about your local actual atmospheric pressure.
Leakage
Check the Reverse valve for the suitable position and check whether the “O” ring is damaged at the bottom of the pressure out the interface
