JC0205 (Small) Pressure Controller
■ The controller adopts bellows type sensor and can be used for neutral gases such as air, gas, water and liquid media such as lubricating oil and light fuel.
■ The setting value of the controller is adjustable, and the adjustment range is – 0.1 to 4MPa.
■ The controller is made of cast aluminum housing and is waterproof for marine use.
The controller is a compact design; the non-adjustable controller is available in a small switching difference type.

Setting Value Adjustment
See Example 1 and Example 2 for pressure controller setting value adjustment
Caution
- Do not turn the screws inside the controller to tamper with the internal parts when opening it;
- Select the controller so that the predetermined setting value is between 20% and 80% of the controller setting value range;
- The switching difference adjustment range in the specification is the guaranteed switching difference provided, the actual range can be slightly wider;
- The pressure should not exceed the maximum allowable pressure during commissioning;
- The surrounding environment should be free of corrosive gases;
- The installation (or disassembly) must use a wrench to hold the sensor part, to absolutely prevent the sensor and the controller case relative rotation To prevent the sensor from rotating relative to the controller body
Single knife double-throw micros witch action process:
Wiring terminal 1-2 pressure rise to the upper switching value is disconnected;
Wiring terminal 1-3 pressure rise to the upper switching value on.
