The working principle of the controller is based on the elastic deformation of the detection element (spring tube in the measuring system) to drive the functional element (micro switch in the controller unit) to produce a fast switching jump.

This means that the pressure of the measured (controlled) medium forces the free end of the spring tube to produce the corresponding elastic displacement, and the The push button (actuator) in the micro switch connected to the tube end also generates the corresponding action,when the pressure reaches the set control value, the switch contacts are switched, causing the circuit in the control system to be broken or turned on, and a light signal is issued at the same time to realize the purpose of automatic control and sending letters.
