JCTXTC2 Smart Temperature Switch
â– Â The temperature sensing element of the JCTXTC2 intelligent temperature switch is different from the mechanical thermal expansion and contraction principle, but uses a high precision platinum RTD as the temperature sensor, when the medium temperature changes, its resistance value changes with the characteristics to detect the temperature. The integration of high-precision industrial circuit components, with high stability, non-contact type of intelligent temperature switch.

1.Key Description
Project | Function Description | Operating Procedures |
Basic Settings | Access to basic settings | Press “Set” for 3 seconds to display “ST1”, press “â–²” to cycle through the panel: “ST1” “ST2” “ST3” “ST4” “Ec”. |
St1
(First Circuit Set Point) |
Start when temperature rises and temperature ≥ ST1 value
the state switching starts (i.e.: normally open →normally closed, normally closed → normally open or DC24V ®→DC0V,DC0V→DC24V) |
When “ST1” is displayed, press the “Enter” key to enter the setting state of the first loop setting value, the blinking bit is modifiable at this time, press the “â–²” key, the blinking bit can be modified from 0 to 9 in a cycle, press the:”â–¶” key, the blinking bit can be moved in a cycle from thousands to single digits.  Press the “â–²” and “â–¶ ” keys to complete the setting of the set value, press the “Enter” key to store the set value and jump to display “ON ” or “OFF”. |
ON/OFF (First Circuit Start State) | When “ON” is displayed, the circuit is switched on
When the temperature rises and the temperature < ST1 value, the output is normally closed or DC24V; When “OFF” is displayed, the circuit is normally closed or DC24V when the temperature rises and the temperature is <ST1.
|
Press the “â–²” key to switch back and forth between “ON” and “OFF”; press the “Enter” key to store the status value and jump to display “OL”. |
OL (First Circuit Delay Value) | Temperature drops and temperature ≤ (ST1-OL)
value, the output state is reset. |
When “OL” is displayed, press the “Enter” key to enter the setting state of the first circuit set value, the blinking bit is modifiable at this time, Press the “â–²” key, the blinking digit can be cyclically modified from 0 to 9, press the “â–¶ ” key, the blinking digit can be cyclically moved from thousands to individual digits. Press the “â–²” and “â–¶ ” keys to complete the setting of the set value, press the “Enter” key to store the delay value and jump to the display of “ST1. “ |
The St2 Circuit Is Set As Above For The St1 Circuit And Will Not Be Described Further. | ||
Exit | Exit basic settings | When “Ec” is displayed, press the “Enter” key to exit the basic settings. |
2.Set flow chart
Note: Depending on the model and the number of output circuits, some circuit settings are not valid.
â‘ Setting value: Pressure value at which the switch operates.
â‘¡Start output state: oN for display pressure below set value switch action; oFF for display pressure above set value switch action.
â‘¢Delay value: delay value = set value – reset value, i.e. switching difference.
3.Fine Adjustment Of Current Values
Press and hold the “ENTER” and “â–²” keys simultaneously for 5 seconds, the DA value corresponding to 4mA will be displayed roughly, press the “â–¶” key to adjust down, “â–²” key to adjust up, press the “ENTER” key to enter 20mA fine adjustment, press the “▶ ” key to adjust down, “â–²” key to adjust up. After adjustment,Press “ENTER” key to exit, that is to complete the current fine-tuning. (Note: The factory has been adjusted, no need to fine-tune under normal conditions.)
â‘ Wiring with electricity is strictly forbidden.
â‘¡Opening the panel is strictly forbidden.
â‘¢Good grounding.
â‘£Wiring should be done according to the instructions.
