Principle & Application of High Pressure Self Actuated Pressure Reducing Valve
The high pressure self actuated pressure reducing valve is divided into two types : upstream self regulating pressure reducing valve and downstream self regulating pressure reducing valve. The working principle of the upstream self actuated pressure reducing valve is to keep the pressure constant by releasing the pressure, for example, in the high-pressure oil recirculation line. The working principle of the downstream self actuated pressure reducing valve is to keep the pressure behind the valve constant by throttling, such as the lubricating oil system after the high-pressure oil is throttled.
The high pressure self regulating pressure reducing valve is suitable for the oil, water, air with low corrosivity and fluidity, and non-corrosive gas and steam with a temperature below 350 °C. For high temperature and high turbidity medium, accessories such as condensers and isolation tanks need to be installed. This high pressure self actuated pressure reducing valve is widely used in regulating control under continuous use of medium for natural gas transportation, urban heating and metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, electric power, etc.
