Pneumatic Actuated Lined V Port Ball Control Valve
Pneumatic Actuated Lined V Port Ball Control Valve is made of pneumatic piston actuator and v-port ball valve. V port ball control valve can be used with the positioner to achieve proportional control; and it can also be used with the 5/2-way solenoid valve and control box to realize on/off control. The V-type ball valve disc is designed into a special form of V-shaped port, which can achieve the control accuracy according to different angles. With precise flow characteristics and control capabilities, it is suitable for a variety of control applications.
As the inner wall of the valve and the valve trim in contact with the fluid are lined with F46,PTFE,PFA or other corrosion resistant materials, lined v port ball valve is widely used in the control of strong corrosive medium such as acid and alkali, and toxic, volatile and easily permeable gas and liquid medium.
