Corrosion Resistant PTFE PFA Lined Globe Control Valve
The PFA PTFE lined globe control valve is produced by high temperature molding lined fluoroplastic process in the valve body wall and the valve trim. It can completely cut off the contact between the corrosive medium and the valve body, then it enhances the service life of valve. The PFA PTFE lined control valve is widely used for acid, alkali, salt and other strong corrosive medium, also used for gas and liquid medium that are easily volatilize and penetrate.
Performance Characteristics of PTFE PFA Lined Globe Control Valve
1. Corrosion resistance: It can withstand almost all the corrosion of medium (including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia);
2. Good sealing performance: It adopts two kinds of combined sealing structure of bellows seal and V-type PTFE & PFA packing to ensure no leakage;
3. Small leakage: Since the valve core and the valve seat are soft sealed, the leakage is low.
