TLD Series Differential Pressure Controllers

■ TLD series differential pressure controller, also known as oil pressure differential controller (hereinafter referred to as controller), it is used as a refrigeration compressor or other machinery .It means the protection device of pressure lubrication.

■ In the refrigeration system, in order to make the compressor moving friction parts can get good lubrication, the lubrication system must maintain a certain oil pressure, if the pressure oil is too low, will make the compressor in normal operation or start the loss of oil and cause “bite cylinder” accident, and even burned compressor shaft tile. To prevent this phenomenon, it is necessary to install a safety device to control the oil pressure. The controller plays this role. It accepts the lube oil pump discharge pressure and compressor suction pressure of two pressure signals, and make these two pressures to maintain a certain range of differential pressure between, and when the differential value is less than the set value, the switch in the controller will operate, automatically cut off the compressor circuit, the compressor stops, to play a safety protection role.

Wiring instructions:

  1. L2 and 220V parallel, and lead out to contactor coil and the other end of the contactor is connected to phase A
  2. micro switch 1# terminal connected to A phase.
  3. accident signal lamp – one end to the micro switch5# terminal, the other end is connected to O wire.

4.One end of the normal signal light is connected to terminal 3# of micro switch, and the other end is connected to O wire.

  1. L1 connects to O wire.
