What Is A Magnetic Level Gauge

When the liquid level in the measured vessel rises and falls, the magnetic float in the body tube of the liquid level gauge rises and falls with it, and the permanent magnet inside the float is transferred to the magnetic flip column indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip column to turn over 180 °, and the flip column turns from white to red when the liquid level rises, and turns from red to white when the liquid level falls, and the red-white junction of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level inside the vessel, so as to realize the clear indication of the liquid level. so as to realize the clear indication of liquid level.

7 Precautions for Use

  1. For the liquid level meter which exceeds a certain length (common type >3 meters, anti-corrosive type >2 meters).
  2. The installation position of the magnetic level gauge should be avoided or far away from the import and export of the material medium, so as to avoid the rapid change of the local area of the material fluid, which will affect the accuracy of the liquid level measurement;
  3. When equipped with remote transmission supporting instruments need to do the following:
  • It should make the remote transmission supporting instrument close to the main pipe of the liquid level meter, and fixed with stainless steel hoop (prohibited iron);
  • The sensing surface on the telemetry instrument should be facing and close to the main pipe;
  • Commissioning should first open the upper lead valve, and then slowly open the lower valve, so that the medium into the main pipe smoothly (operation should avoid rapid impact of the medium float, causing float fluctuations, affecting the accuracy of the display), to observe the magnetic red and white ball flip is normal, and then close the lower lead valve, open the sewage valve, so that the main liquid level in the pipe down, according to the method of operation for three times, it is normal, can be put into operation (except for corrosive and other special liquids).
