Adjustment of the controller setting value for non-adjustable switching difference

[Example 1]: The controller with the set value adjustment range of 0.03~0.8MPa is selected and is required to the pressure rises to 0.6MPa and a contact signal is issued.

The following steps are required to operate the controller:

  1. Open the cover above the setpoint adjusting screw and screw the product into the threaded interface of the pressure calibratortable.Note that the flat part of the sensor must be held with a wrench;
  2. Open the front cover, connect the cable wire to the micro switch lug and the other end of the cable to the Multi-Meter;
  3. Increase the pressure to 0.6MPa, a value that can be read from a standard manometer;
  4. Turn the set value adjustment screw clockwise until the switch contact switches at 0.6MPa;
  5. Adjust the pressure of the pressure calibrator to change back and forth from 0.6MPa to check whether the contact switching value is 0.6MPa when the pressure rises.

0.6MPa, this value is to set the upper switching value, The corresponding lower switching value should be 0.6MPa minus the switching difference of 0.012MPa (or so), which is 0.588MPa (or so), and finally cover the cover above the set value adjustment screw.

 

[Example 2]: A controller with a setpoint adjustment range of 0.03~0.8MPa is selected, and it is required to send a contact signal when the pressure rises to 0.6MPa and returns when the pressure falls to 0.5MPa.

The following steps are required to operate the controller:

  1. Open the cover above the set value adjusting screw and screw the product into the threaded interface of the pressure calibration table, paying attention to the need to

use a wrench to hold the flat part of the sensor;

  1. Open the front cover and connect the cable wires to the microswitch lug and the other end of the cable to the Multi-Meter;
  2. Increase the pressure to 0.5MPa, which can be read from the standard manometer;
  3. First adjust thelower switching value and turn the set value adjustment screw clockwise until the switch contact switches at 0.5MPa;
  4. Turn the switching difference adjusting screw counterclockwise to increase the switching difference from the minimum until the pressure rises to 0.6MPacontact action;
  5. Adjust the pressure of the pressure calibration bench to change back and forth from 0.45 to 0.65MPa to check whether the contact switching value is 0.6MPa when the pressure rises, this value is the upper switching value to be set, and check whether the contact switching value is 0.5MPa when the pressure falls,this value is the value to be set for the down switch. Finally, cover the cover above the set value adjusting screw.
  1. The controller is selected so that the intended setpoint is preferably in the middle part of the controller setpoint adjustment range. Generally, it is 20% to 80% of the adjustment range;
  2. If the controller is to be installed outdoors, adequate protection should be given to avoid the drastic change of ambient temperature, sunlightdirect radiation, corrosive gas or water infiltration;
  3. For controlled liquid media with pressure peaks and pulsating pressure, a pressure shock absorber can be installed on the controller interface to eliminate the adverse effects;
  4. The on/off current must not be greater than the rated value;
  5. Open the cover, the controller will be installed vertically on the instrument, it is strictly forbidden to poke by hand or use tools to collide with the parts of the controller to prevent changes in performance;
  6. The depth of the pipe joint screwed into the sensor should not exceed 12mm.
